The main purpose of pump-diesel stations - is pumping out slurry and manure from storage facilities and its application on the fields as organic fertilizers. The capacity of pump-diesel station is - 400 m3 / hour.
The productivity of such system can reach 2 500 - 3 000 cubic meters per day.
Pump-diesel stations can have a different configuration taking into account the characteristics of the pumped liquid and the distances from the manure storages to the fields.
Capacity of a drag hose system depends on: engine power, pump performance and characteristics, hoses diameter, density of pumped material, distance from the manure storage to fields, height difference, etc.
Intermediate (booster) pumping stations are used when you need to apply manure over a distance of more than 4 km: the main station is installed near the lagoon, the second one (booster) is placed in the field, it maintains pressure in the system and makes delivery over distances of more than 4 km.
We offer various configurations of this equipment manufactured by TM A.TOM (Ukraine). Pump-diesel stations are equipped with Cornell (USA) powerful centrifugal pumps (US) combined with engines: John Deere, Deutz, Cummins, CAT, DOOSAN of different models with power from 170 to 550 hp.
Our experts will help you choose the right configuration of equipment, based on individual characteristics and customer requirements.
