The trapezoidal body of the compost turner is made of high-quality structural steel S355 J2 and covered with powder polymer coating. We use only a proven material taking into account aggressive environment in which such equipment is usually operated.

The compost turner has a three-point type of mounting for convenient aggregation with low-power tractors.

External front material capturing plates, located on each side of the compost turner body, pick up compostable material located outside the pile.

Effective mixing of the material is made by the drum and the wear-resistant blades.

The drum and working tools of the compost turner are adapted to agricultural conditions that involve direct contact with an aggressive environment. That’s why the wear-resistant blades are made of high-strength steel from the Swedish brand "Hardox".

High performance and efficient mixing of large volumes of raw materials became possible due to the use of a powerful specialized gearbox from "Bondioli&Pavesi" - an Italian developer and manufacturer of components and power transmission mechanisms for industrial and agricultural machines.

Cardan shafts are used to ensure trouble-free operation in difficult conditions and at certain angles.

Ball bearings in spherical housings are installed on the ends of the drum. All models use high-quality bearings from one of the best manufacturers in the world - the American company "Timken".

The compost turner is easily and quickly aggregated with the tractor using a coupling device, a removable hook-loop with a diameter of 50 mm.

One of the significant advantages of this model is the presence of two wheels. In the position parallel to the body of the frame, they are used for transportation between composting sites, and are also placed in a position perpendicular to the trapezoid of the compost turner and are transferred to the working position. In each position, the wheels are fixed with metal galvanized fingers.

The mechanical adjustment of the height of the body frame and the supporting wheels of the compost turner is carried out with the help of reliable and durable jacks from the European manufacturer "Simol" (Italy).

Metal stabilizing supports, which could be raised and lowered. In the unfolded state, they are fixed with a lock pin in a vertical position. They provide lifting of the unit and keeping it at a certain height for aggregating with the tractor for transportation, as well as for fixing it in a stable position after the work is completed.

Mounting loops are used for the convenient loading and unloading of equipment.

Grease zerks are conveniently located in the compost turner as they need to be lubricated at certain intervals.

Galvanized fingers and lock pins are used to fix the compost turner in certain positions, as well as when aggregating the equipment with the tractor.
