One of the components of Ukraine's economic recovery strategy is, of course, the successful operation of business. And financial leasing today has become one of the most effective tools for supporting domestic entrepreneurs. FC "Atom Finance" joined the Program "Affordable Financial Leasing 5-7-9%" by concluding a cooperation agreement with the Entrepreneurship Support Fund. What does this mean for Pak-Trade customers?

This State program, implemented by the Government on the initiative of the President of Ukraine through the Entrepreneurship Support Fund together with authorized banks and financial leasing companies, enables Ukrainian businesses to attract financing at low rates of 5, 7, 9 or 11% per annum, depending on the size of the business and prioritization of investment areas. Under the terms of the Program, it is possible to purchase fixed assets for leasing, including passenger and/or cargo vehicles, railway wagons, buses, which are used for commercial and industrial purposes.

What are the priority directions?

1. Financing of agricultural producers for carrying out agricultural activities.
2. Support of business entities engaged in production, processing of agricultural products and their sale by types of economic activity 10.51, 10.61, 10.71 in accordance with the Classification of types of economic activity.
3. Reconstruction of the main assets of business entities destroyed as a result of military aggression.

The main conditions of financing under the "Affordable Financial Leasing 5-7-9%" Program:

• The term of financing is up to 5 years.
• The interest rate is only 5, 7, 9 or 11% per annum on the balance of the financing.
• One-time commission for providing financial leasing service - up to 1.5% of the financing amount.
• The maximum amount of financing is UAH 90 million.

Residents of Ukraine who are:

• a natural person registered in accordance with the procedure established by law as a natural person-entrepreneur;
• a legal entity, the participants (founders) of which are natural or legal entities - residents of Ukraine and the ultimate beneficial owners (controllers) of which are natural persons - residents of Ukraine;
• an agricultural commodity producer in the sense given in the Law of Ukraine On State Support of the Agriculture of Ukraine" (for the priority direction — financing of agricultural commodity producers);
• an economic entity of the state or communal sector of the economy;
• is registered and conducts economic activity on the territory of Ukraine (except for territories of active hostilities; territories of active hostilities, where state electronic information resources function, and territories temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, included in the list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation for which the date of the end of hostilities or temporary occupation has not been determined);
• the term of conducting economic activity exceeds 12 months and is documented;
• in the last three calendar years, in total, with the members of the group of related counterparties, he did not receive state aid exceeding the amount equivalent to 200,000 euros;
• for the period of quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in order to prevent the spread of the acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus on the territory of Ukraine, and for six months after its cancellation did not receive state aid in total with the members of the group of related contractors, which exceeds the amount equivalent to 400,000 euros (taking into account the requirements and criteria for assistance to overcome the consequences caused by the coronavirus disease COVID-19, established by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 03.03.2021 No. 200). Limitations on the amount of state aid defined above do not apply to business entities engaged in agricultural production and fishing, as well as during martial law;
• does not fall under the restrictions on the provision of state support, defined by Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Development and State Support of Small and Medium Enterprises in Ukraine".

The client cannot be a person, participant (shareholder, member) or ultimate beneficiary of which are citizens of a state recognized by Ukraine as an aggressor state or an occupying state, and/or a person who belongs or has belonged to terrorist organizations, a legal entity in which a person, which belongs or belonged to a terrorist organization, acts as a participant (shareholder, member) or ultimate beneficiary.
