In order to increase the safety of vehicles during the winter season, the salt spreader is used for making the roads less slippery. Pack-Trade company offers spreaders produced by ACOMETIS, that will help against the formation of ice on the roads. ACOMETIS spreader is a fully autonomous equipment designed to spread the salt on the roads during the winter season. ACOMETIS spreader could be installed on all types of trucks: hydraulic platforms, side trucks, tipper trucks, and mounted on a tractor. Equipment can be removed from the vehicle and installed on special storage supports.

Salt spreader with a volume - 2.5-3.0 m3 is completely made of stainless steel. Power is provided by its own gasoline engine, which is protected by a cowling to provide maximum corrosion protection. Depending on the model, the width of the spread is adjusted in the range from 1.5 to 2 m. Depending on the dosage of the material per 1 m2, depends the speed of rotation of the spreading disc. The use of such equipment provides the best cleaning of the roadbed and reduces the consumption of spreading material (max. 20 g / m2).
