I's machine with friction carriage and manual film tension adjustment. The machine works with any kind of stretch film.
It's has packing system with 60 cm offset from the pallet.

WRAPMAN 

Wrapman is the motorized machine with 100% stretch (optional 200%). It's ideal for light and unstable loads.
The easy to use, stretching of the film takes place directly with the machine.
A unique solution for packing goods of any weight, size and shape. Guarantees maximum cargo protection with low material costs for packaging.
