Testing of A.TOM attachment is important part before starting the serial production, it should be carried out in real conditions with the maximum permissible load. The main purpose of these tests is to identify the advantages and features of products for further modernization.
This time we tested attachment on the basis of the private agricultural farm "Yerchiki" Popelnyansky district, Zhytomyr region. This farm has more than 5 thousand hectares of land, that helps to grow grain, soybeans, sugar beets, rape, are engaged in harvesting feed and keep breeding dairy and beef cattle.
We tested silage knives - 2 and 1.6 m3, compost bucket and plow for grain, forks for square bales. Also with the help of balers, we tested net of the Czech manufacturer JUTA MASTER NET. Was carried out a qualitative winding of bales.
Also with the help of JCB telehandler we tested forks for square bales, and convinced in its strength and efficiency of its construction. With this attachment, you can transport both square and round straw bales. Suitable for transporting and loading 3 round bales at the same time, due to this the operating time of the equipment decreases, which leads to saving of fuel. Massive tines and their correct location prevent the rotation of bales and ensure its safe transportation.
Testing of silage cutters with a volume - 1.6 and 2 m3 has proved the quality of this attachment. Thanks to the correct construction of high-quality blades and strong tines, we obtain a smooth cut, which pass less air in the hay and silage.
The compost bucket showed the practicality of its use. The conical shape facilitates fast and full loading, and the upper part in the form of forks prevents the dispersion of the contents during transportation.
A blade for grain with extension - 3.8 m is used for moving and raking grain, silage, forage and other materials. The grain plow will help to increase the efficiency of grain storage facilities. Increases the length of the loader arrows, which allows you to transport the grain for a greater distance into the granary, without running into it.
